In a changing world in which today differs greatly from yesterday, especially if we mention the business world in which the second counts, the importance of human capital management have increased and the readiness of decision makers in even the most well established organizations in any economy to keep revising its resources and assets have also increased to guarantees the organization s long-term existence and wellbeing. In Egypt and the Arab world, organizations always trying to escape from the dilemma of belonging to a third world countries are always asked to prove their qualifications even if their contributions are clear enough and undeniable to whomever they are dealing with is another special burden added on them.

Me, being the daughter of EngTakey-Allah Helmy – Chairman and founder of Taki group , a man who once pioneered in the development of the Egyptian industry with loyalty and dedication and at the same time, my organization being part of those third world countries organizations’ , I have decided here in High Charisma to play the part expected from me to the good of my beloved country Egypt  following the footsteps of my dear father giving all the expertise and wisdom that he gave me added to my personal efforts and studies and expertise for the good of all stake holders. By this I will feel that I have put my humble contribution to the wellbeing of my country and its people. Creating new job opportunities to the high caliber professionals is what we do for the benefit of both the professionals and the organizations in which they join. Added to this, in High Charisma, we put our expertise in the hand of all organizations that are struggling in an ever changing economy in an ever changing world hoping in the end to be able to show the bright image of our country and that is the least we can do.
